Cannot open available map files with your license

Hi everyone,

I've just purchased a new Duster and love it!
However, a friend suggested that I upgrade the maps so, I tried, failed and now I can't open any maps but get the following error:
Cannot open the available map files with your licence.

I took it back to the dealer today and the salesman recommended I call the parts department on Monday. I'll do that, but was hoping that someone may have come across this before and will have a fix available.
