I had an R16 spare wheel in 2014, you could also look at whether a Renault spare wheel would be a good option for someone in the future. Of course, the most important thing is to match and adjust the wheel size in many respects.

Alternative spare wheel
Hi, I'm thinking of buying a Duster, and as you know they generally come with no spare wheel.
When I bought my Kia Venga it was the same thing, but luckily I stumbled on a thread about cars with the same wheel spec, and got a good Tyre and rim from the scrapyard off some other compatible make.
As it just lives in the boot for emergencies I was happy to pay just £25 rather than big bucks for a new one.
I dont suppose there will be many scrapped dusters out there to scavenge a wheel from, so I'm wondering if anyone out there has done the same and found another make to fit.
As the wheel is slung under the car anyway it wont matter so much it getting plastered with mud road dirt and water.
You can buy a wheel hanger on ebay cheaply, that fits easily into the factory supplied mounting points already on the car.
